Collection and processing of data

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on the website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.
Logged data:

  • Name of the retrieved file
  • Date and time of retrieval
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Notification of successful retrieval
  • Operating system used
  • Browser and type of browser

In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. However, the controller does not draw any conclusions about a person.

The data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The processing of the data is necessary for the operation of the website.
The data is stored for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose and then automatically deleted.

Online Application

You can submit your application to us by e-mail or in analog form. A valid e-mail address is required so that we can contact you after checking your documents. We also collect the personal data specified in your application documents for the purpose of processing your application. The personal data you provide will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. In order to assess your documents, they will be forwarded to the responsible employees in the HR department and to the responsible contact person/head of department in the relevant specialist department for which the application is intended.

Your application documents will be stored by us for the duration of the application process and kept for a further 3 months so that we can answer any questions you may have. After this period, the documents will be deleted. Documents sent by post will be returned or destroyed at the end of the 3-month period. If you are hired by us, your application documents will be transferred to your personnel file.

We only use technical cookies on our website in order to make the website more user-friendly. In order to use the full functionality of our website, it is therefore necessary for technical reasons to allow session cookies.
