On May 6, 2023, Corlife had the opportunity to participate in the action day "Heart to touch" of the Federal Association of Children with Heart Diseases ("Bundesverband herzkranker Kinder") in Düsseldorf. There, we brought the topic of the heart closer to families with children suffering from heart disease for touching, researching and discovering.
At the corlife booth, among other things, hearts from pigs and dissected heart valves could be explored in the context of a wetlab, where we were greatly supported by the deputy clinic director of pediatric heart surgery at the Bonn University Clinic, Dr. Arenz.
